Here at Pudsey Primrose Hill we have reading clubs for years 1 - 4.  These clubs happen after school and they are run by our passionate 'Reading Champions'.  In these sessions children are exposed to a range of high quality fiction, they take part in role play bringing the book to life , they make puppets, design books of their own and relax and enjoy reading for pleasure. The clubs have been hugely successful!
