Skipping Festival

On the 18th April a number of pupils from Year 4 took part in the heats for the Leeds Skipping Festival. After weeks of practice at playtimes and in PE lessons, the children took to the floor to showcase their skipping skills.

They did brilliantly well; medalling in nearly all of the disciplines including a breath taking display in the 'keep the pot boiling' and 'run in jump out' team events. So much so in fact, that they were crowned champions on the day!

They well now head to Morley for the Leeds Grand Final next month!
